Manuscript Withdrawal Policy
Authors may request the withdrawal of a submitted manuscript by sending an official email to the journal's editorial office. The request must fulfill the following conditions:
- Written Request by Corresponding Author
The withdrawal request must be made in writing by the corresponding author, stating the reason for withdrawal. The request must be sent from the email address used during submission.
- Before Final Decision
Withdrawal is only permitted if the manuscript has not yet been accepted for publication. Once the editorial decision is made or the article is in the production stage, withdrawal may no longer be possible.
- No Simultaneous Submission
Authors must confirm that the manuscript has not been submitted to another journal at the time of the withdrawal request.
- Editor’s Confirmation
The withdrawal is only valid after formal approval and confirmation from the editor-in-chief or managing editor. Authors are advised to wait for the confirmation email before assuming the withdrawal is complete.
- Ethical Considerations
Frequent or unjustified withdrawal requests may be considered unethical behavior and could affect future submissions.
